• Legal and safety. When we are required to by law, or where necessary to respond to a legal process, to protect our rights, or to address a food safety or security issue.
• Business transfers. If our business or its assets are sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not run third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on this website.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a reasonable record of customer and food safety questions, and then delete it or keep it only as long as the law requires. Job application materials are kept for our recruitment records. Technical and analytics data is kept for a limited period in line with our platform provider's retention settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
