About this catalog

  • Why can’t I add products to a cart on this site?

jayone.com is our official product catalog and brand site — not a checkout store. We sell through retail and online partners — Amazon and Weee! for at-home shoppers, Faire for wholesale buyers, plus grocery and Asian-market retailers across North America. Where a product is listed with an online partner, its page links straight there — and where it isn’t, a “Check availability” button lets you ask us where to buy it.

  • Where can I buy Jayone products?

For at-home shoppers: where a product is listed on Amazon or Weee!, its page links straight there, and where it isn’t, a “Check availability” button lets you ask. Many items are also stocked at Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, Target, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and major Asian grocers.

For wholesale and food service: order through Faire, see our capabilities page, or email info@jayone.com.

  • Why does each product show a Korean name?

Many of our items launched in the US under their original Korean product name. We include the Korean name as a reference for shoppers who know the brand from family, travel, or other Korean grocers.

  • Why don’t I see prices?

Pricing varies by retailer and is set by the merchant who stocks the product. For at-home prices, use the Amazon or Weee! link on each product page. For wholesale pricing, contact info@jayone.com.

Products & quality

  • Are Jayone products certified?

Our Paramount, California facility is operated to FSSC 22000 and HACCP food-safety standards. Individual products carry the certifications appropriate to their category — non-GMO, USDA Organic, gluten-free, vegan — and we list those on the package and the product page.

  • Where are products made?

    Two streams:

    • Made in the US — our tofu is produced at our Paramount, California facility.
    • Imported from Korea — ramen, seaweed snacks (Sea’s Gift), beverages, sauces, frozen items, and most pantry staples are sourced from our long-standing Korean partner brands and packed for the US market.
  • Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship direct — we route to local retailers and online marketplaces. For deliveries outside the US, check Amazon’s international shipping options on the product page, or contact us about distribution in your country.

  • How do I report a product quality issue?

Email cs@jayone.com with the product name, lot/expiration code from the package, the retailer where you bought it, and a photo of the issue if possible. We respond within one business day.

  • Do you have a recall or safety alert page?

If we issue a recall, we post a notice on this site and notify our retail partners directly. For urgent safety questions, email cs@jayone.com or call +1 (562) 633-7400.

Wholesale & food service

  • How do I open a wholesale account?

Email info@jayone.com with your retail concept, locations, and estimated monthly volume. Our wholesale team will follow up with a current product catalog and pricing.

  • Do you offer private-label / OEM production?

Yes — we help grocery and convenience-store buyers launch Korean products under their own label, from concept through R&D, sourcing, formulation, and packaging design, with manufacturing handled by our vetted partner factories in Korea. See our capabilities page for the full scope.

  • What’s your minimum order?

It depends on the SKU and the channel. Retail and food-service MOQs are set per-account by the wholesale team — reach out to info@jayone.com for current terms.

  • Are samples available?

Yes for qualified buyers. Include a brief on your account in your email to info@jayone.com and we will coordinate a sample kit.

Brand & company

  • When was Jayone founded?

1999, in Paramount, California. We opened our first tofu factory the following year, and the company grew into the manufacturer, importer, and distributor we are today.

  • What does the Jayone brand family include?

Four labels sit under Jayone Foods:

    • GAT GIM — bold, flavored roasted-seaweed snacks.
    • Suul & Mor — Korea’s traditional spirits, from makgeolli to Andong soju.
    • Excelife — home and kitchen goods.
    • Sea’s Gift — classic roasted seaweed, on US shelves since 2006.
