. Jayone Kimchi Pancakes
. Mozzarella cheese
. Olives, diced
. Canned Corn, water drained
(These are the topping we used for our recipe, but you can add whatever you like)
1. On low heat, add 2-3 Jayone Kimchi pancakes to your pan and cook on each side for 2 minutes. Make sure they are not overlapping so we can add toppings on each pancake.
2. Add toppings: Cheese, olives, and corn
3. Close the lid and cook on low heat for 1 minutes
4. Turn of fire and leave the lid on until cheese is completely melted. Then serve!
