. 4 oz Jayone Somen Noodles (Wheat flour noodles)
. ½ cup Ajumma Republic Sweet and Sour Sauce
. 2 cups Jayone Kimchi (Available at some Sam’s Club stores)
. 1 tbspJayone Sesame Seeds
. Sea’s Gift Sweet Seaweed Snack- As much as you want!
. 2 tbspSesame oil
. 1 Cucumber
. 1/2 cup Cabbage
. Optional: 1 hardboiled egg
1. Chop kimchi and put aside
2. Chop the cucumber, cabbage, and the Sweet Seaweed snack then put aside. It will be used as garnishing
3. Cut hardboiled egg in half and put aside also used for garnishing
4. Put about 4.5 cups of water into pot on high heat
5. Once water boils, add Jayone Somen noodles into pot and boil for 4 minutes (Taste and boil longer if not cooked yet)
6. Move noodles to running icy cold water and wash until cold (This will help make the noodles chewy. I also like to add ice cubes in this process so water can be extra cold)
7. In a separate bowl, add Ajumma Republic Sweet and Sour Sauce, Jayone Kimchi, and Sesame oil and mix
8. Add the noodles to the sauce bowl and mix until all of the noodle is covered in sauce
9. Move finished noodles to another plate and add garnishes on top(cucumber, cabbage, and egg)
10. Add as much Jayone Sweet Seaweed Snack you want.
11. Finish by sprinkling Jayone Sesame Seeds on the noodles then serve
